Celebrations by Carlos goes beyond event planning to design completely customized experiences. Every aspect is carefully designed with you and your event in mind. We take pride in creating events and decor that compliment event hosts’ personalities and ocassions. In order for us to give your event the time and thought it deserves, we ask that you contact us at least one month (30 days) prior to your event in order to secure your event date. We will do our best to accommodate events booked after this time.
Balloons
Balloons can be used in many unique, eye-cathcing ways. Our balloon decorations are designed to fit any style, and are the perfect addition to any event. Contact us for balloons for parties, school events, business events, and even lawn decor! We put special care into every piece and only use high quality balloons so that your balloons looks great through the end of the last dance.

Balloon Garland Installation

Add a balloon garland to a doorway, staircase, wall, or any other area that needs a touch of decor. We can also supply a balloon garland for your DIY backdrop. Your garland can be customized with themed balloons, florals, lights, cutouts, paper butterflies, and more!

For a budget-friendly option, pickup your balloon garland at our studio in the Brighton Park neighborhood on Chicago’s southwest side. Balloon garlands for pickup are sold in 5 foot sections for easy transport.

Backdrop and Arch Installations

A backdrop could act as a themed photo area, be a focal point for a head or dessert table, or create a dazzling entryway. Backdrops are customized for each event and we work with you to come up with the perfect design based on your ideas or inspiration photos. All backdrops are personalized with balloons, fresh or articifial flowers, and custom designed details.
Add a snack or dessert table and serveware, complete with serving utensils and decor to compliment the design. We work with partner vendors to coordinate hors d’oeuvres and desserts, including coordinating pickup and deliveries. Please let us know of your tasty needs when booking.
Party Signage
Personalize your event with custom signage by Celebrations by Carlos. Pricing includes a digital download of your design. Print your signs at the location of your choice or we can print and frame your order for an additional cost.
Custom signage is made to order. Some requests may not be accepted based on our availability. Please contact us at least 1 month(30 days) before your event to place your order.
